I give minus 5 *. I walked in, none of the personel made eye contact, no 'hello', no 'welcome'..and no they werent busy; I sat there completely ignored as if I wasn't there! I rather spend my hard earned money at a salon where the personel is friendly and who values new customers! But if I have to guess, they filter their customers by the skin color they prefer...

I will be a forever client of Jennifer Hartley. We did a haircut, style, lash tint, and brow wax. Amazing experience start to finish!! My post partum hair loss has led to thinning hair and all these tiny baby hairs that are just a pain. I also struggle with hair loss from certain medications as well as needing an easy style for my new career. We cut off an amount of hair, we went bold (for me... lol) and she did an incredible job. Highly recommend Brittany. She was great to talk to and did an amazing job. I have long hair and am always nervous about getting a cut because I worry they'll take too much. Did not have to worry with her. Definitely will be going to back to her.
