I first went to Kai after my daughter recommended him, and I could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, Kai was welcoming and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was insanely perfect. I have never come out of any service more relaxed in my life. I had a head spa royal treatment with Yuka and my friend had a VIP reiki treatment with Kazumi. We were both floored by the experience and thought it was worth every penny. Postpartum has been an absolute nightmare on every part of me including my scalp.
