Horrible Staff/Upper Management After having gone there and getting my hair cut in which the stylist did a great job ... I witnessed a few things that i just couldn't believe... This one lady walks in and asks another stylist if she had her meeting with these two other girls... in front of them as one of them was my very own stylist... What kind of business would do that in front of a customer much less in front of the employee... secondly these girls acted like everyone was beneath them.. unclean When I go to a spa or any business, I'd like it to be clean...hire a janitor.
HORRIBLE!!!!!! Horrible place...... id rather go to pet smart to get my hair done. I thk the girl who screwed my hair up was high or drunk one.... staff is super rude and from the looks of that place nobody should act "upity".... I will never go back... I heard rumors of this place... people talk but im verifying every bit I heard was true.....
awsome experience Great service, followed my sylest to this new location, very relaxing atmoshpere, pretty surrondings, friendly staff, will return for a second time, look forward to trying other services that are offerd at this spa.
constituent This was a very nice and relaxing environment. The staff was friendly and courteous. I had an hour swedish massage and I felt like I was floating afterwards. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Definitely Recommend I had received a bad haircut from another stylist when I went to Salon Kalea for help. I got a next day appointment and the stylist who helped me treated me respectfully, explaining the problems she saw in the cut and how we would fix it. The atmosphere is delightful and calming in the salon and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a great experience with her personal care concerns.
Highly Recommended! LOVE Salon Kalea! After having a horrible experience at another spa in Tyler, I was skeptical about trying a new one, but Salon Kalea came highly recommended. I wasn't let down. I had a deep tissue massage from Amanda, and it was AMAZING!
sabrina very relaxing good atmosphere !!! had a nice time got hair cut and pedicure, have also had massages and facials!
Salon Kalea loved my prenatal massage, excellent staff!!! and atmosphere was great! I will be back here soon again...
