I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The owner was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout my appointment. She made insulting comments about my hair, calling it 'nappy' and saying it was 'too tangled,' which was hurtful and completely unacceptable. The salon itself was not clean. Absolutely loved my experience here! Karen, Maya, and Kim are truly amazing—so talented, friendly, and attentive. They really listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. The salon has a welcoming, relaxing vibe, and I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. Hands down one of the best hair experiences I’ve had.
