I just took my dog here the first time. The girls we all very nice and friendly. I wrote out on an index card exactly what I wanted and how I wanted the cut. I also discussed it with the groomer. When I picked him up he looked ok. She took him back and trimmed more. I know it was my fault for telling her the wrong blade size but when you say same cut size all over that means the same cut all over not longer on the head. RecommendedMelanie does the best with Burt. I always he has half as much fun getting pampered as I do giving him some loving especially smelling new “doggliness”. He’s all wags when I get him. She really helps me out when I get running behind. Even offered to take him home if I couldn’t get there to pick him up. That’s more than touching. Before and after
