I just took my dog here the first time. The girls we all very nice and friendly. I wrote out on an index card exactly what I wanted and how I wanted the cut. I also discussed it with the groomer. When I picked him up he looked ok. She took him back and trimmed more. I know it was my fault for telling her the wrong blade size but when you say same cut size all over that means the same cut all over not longer on the head.
