I meant to give 0 stars. I write this review with a heavy heart. This salon fried and destroyed my daughter's hair. I brought my teenage daughter to this salon to get her first highlights. She has waist long virgin hair and I explained to Matilda before she started that I didn't want my daughter's hair to be excessively damaged and asked if she could use a not so strong bleach and developer because she has virgin hair and it should lighten easier but she dismissed my concerns simply saying it depends how much it takes to lif... read more
