Shady Business practices- The stylists have different ratings and the higher they are, the more expensive their services. This is a common practice. What is not common is that they will switch to you a higher level stylist without telling you. I had a color service twice and when I went to a third appointment, suddenly I was greeted by a higher level stylist I never met before. I was told my stylist quit so they moved me to this person. February 23rd around 9:00 a.m. got advice on my frizzy, blow away hair. Wanted to control my hair so it was flat, so for $75 shampoo and conditioner by caviar anti-aging made my hair worse twice the volume, totally upset with their advice don't know what they're doing. So low rating they don't have a number it's a negative.
I have been going to Salon Jaylee in Magnolia Plaza, since they opened. Kellylynn has been doing my hair and nails and I'm beyond happy. I have extremely thin hair and ingrown nails and I would not trust anyone else. Also she is the best at waxing my eyebrows, five stars is not enough. Everyone there is extremely talented and friendly and I look forward to my future appointments.
Beware of hidden costs! This place is way overpriced and so not worth it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! They quote you a price then lie and say a haircut was not included in their price when it was. They actually said their prices when up today the day of my services AFTER they provided services and I should be charged nearly $300, but I'm only going to charge you $260 which was way more than they originally quoted me. Had a haircut done by (we will call her b). b gave me a haircut blow dry and color. I paid over $300. When I called on Saturday I requested a trim because the cut needed to be refined.. b had no time for that on Saturday. She had an opening on WednesdY. I was going out of town on Wednesday. B would not make time to fix the cut. $300 and they could make for for me. Never again!
