I had a such a great haircut with Jillian! My hair needed a lot of help, and Jillian made me feel like myself again. She took a lot of time to really listen to what I was aiming to accomplish with a new cut and style, and the end result exceeded my expectations. Best salon experience I’ve ever had has been with Madi at Salon Jade! She is the sweetest, most welcoming stylist and always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. I’ve been to so many salons over the years, but Val is my holy grail stylist! I can honestly say I trust her with my hair. For the first time in forever, I am completely obsessed with my hair again! She truly listens to my ideas, gives amazing feedback, and brings up great points I never would’ve thought of myself. Every time I sit in her chair, she makes sure we’re 100% aligned before she starts, gently guiding me through changes at a pace I’m comfortable with and helping scope out future appointments. Emma made me love my hair again! She completely exceeded my expectations and gave me the bright blonde I was hoping for. She was so easy to talk to, which made the entire appointment enjoyable from start to finish. The salon is absolutely beautiful too. I finally found my new hair stylist and I'm actually excited to get my hair done again instead of dreading it because I never liked the results. I couldn't recommend Emma enough!
Madi was so grumpy and jealous and handled my hair so aggressively!! This is completely deplorable mortifying and unacceptable. The jealously I experienced from Madi was unreal. She needs to be fired asap
