My sister came into town and had a problem with her hair extensions....she was going to a wedding and was very upset...she called Jackie who went out of her way to schedule an appointment and take care of the problem. My sister was extremely please and even made the comment to me that she wished Jackie lived in Chicago. Thanks Jackie for saving my sisters visit in Colorado.
