Sergio gave me the BEST facial ever!!! he knows exactly how to take care of sensitive skin and how to leave that everlasting glow! i love how professional and knowledge he is! he noticed my skin’s PH was off and picked products that helped bring it back up! you can tell how passionate he is about his job and how much he truly cares about clients! I will 100% be back!
I had the BEST facial with Sergio. He was so warm, inviting, and knowledgeable. He took time to get to know my routine, examine my skin, and discuss future goals. The environment was so relaxing and everything was clean and very comfortable. All of the products smelled amazing and left my skin hydrated and glowy. He absolutely has hands of magic and gave me the best massage. I could not be happier and look forward to my next appointment!
If I could do 0 stars I would she was beyond rude. I was racially profiled to not only her cancel my appointment and then not give me my deposit back all because I was black. She asked for id gave me a hard time with accommodating for it being my first time and now stole $50 from me. She is now stating she won’t be returning my money and isn’t doing any service. Francheska is the absolute BEST lash tech I love her and her work! She has perfected her lash game to say the least. As well as being so kind/understanding and her hospitality is impeccable. Whenever I get my lashes done by her they come out so bomb and she takes the time and care to make sure they’re exactly what you want and right for you! Her work space is so nice and makes you feel relaxed. The overall vibe of salon iris is calm, clean, and welcoming. I’ll never go to anyone else besides Francheska or salon iris!
I go to Francheska religiously for all my lash needs! I’m always leaving looking and feeling my best. She really takes her time and puts pride into her work. She works with you on the best lash look for you. I always look forward to my appointments with her. Will always recommend her to friends, family, and even strangers who ask where I get them done.
