This salon does not value customers at all!!! I've been here off and on for 6 years but just recently tried twice to get in contact with Kim my hairdresser but to no avail. She said she'd call me back but each time she never did. Furthermore, one of the receptionists messed up my scheduling with Kim. She scheduled her during a time that Kim wouldn't be available so I stayed at the salon waiting for 20 minutes before they figured out that Kim did not work during those times. Worst salon in OKC! I had an appt. with Laura but she had to leave for an emergency and no one told me. They pawned me off to her sister, Leslie instead without even asking if I was ok with it. She looked sloppy and looked like she had just rolled out of her bed. I didn't want to be rude so I just stayed. BIG MISTAKE! My wife walked in on a Saturday morning to a group of stylists just chatting... They looked at her and went on with their conversation. After a minute or two my wife exclaimed "thanks for not helping me" and walked out. I guess they aren't concerned with acquiring new business or maybe they're just snobs. Either way we will not be back...

Could be cleaner. Staff could care more about their appearance. Some stations seem cramped. I think there's potential, but they need to step up their game.

Just got my hair done there. Great place to go. Friendly fun and very relaxed. Cant wait to go back, already scheduled a massage and facial. This is a must place to go. Great place and great prices.

I've been to Salon Inferno twice. The first time was FANTASTIC - Tonia cut my hair and did a great job. The salon was very busy that day too and took that as a good sign. The second time I went to the salon, Tonia wasn't there so Leslie cut my hair. While it was an okay haircut, I really felt like she half-assed it because she was barely paying attention when she was washing my hair with one hand, and barely rinsed out the soap. I used to go to Angela at Salon Inferno. She moved Salons, I called up there n they said they don't know what salon she went to...If any one can help me locate her??? I love how she does my hair!!! I went to another girl there since she was no longer there. My hair looks like crap!!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place! I went in this week for a hair cut--to have some layers put in my hair. What I got are not layers, but instead are choppy sections of hair at random lengths. Annie was the one who butchered my hair. She needs to never touch another pair of scissors again! I had long, straight, all one-length hair and it was a HUGE step for me to decide to try layers. I can't tell you how bad it looks!
