Kierstyn is an incredible hairstylist! This was my first appointment with her, and I asked for a riskier cut. She absolutely nailed it! Not only is she skilled and professional in her technique, but she also took the time to educate me on how to embrace and care for my natural hair texture. I left feeling confident, informed, and happy with the results. I also got several compliments on my hair that day.
I was unfortunately over sold on my stylist’s abilities. I DO NOT recommend Kiersten for colors. My first ever balayage turned out to be a $400 mistake. I take responsibility for not asking for references of her work and even over looking her own hair style. Her color was very uneven (much darker orange at the scalp and lighter throughout the lengths). I chalked it up to personal preference and kept faith in her skills. Melanie took lots of extra time with me to make sure I knew my options. Based on my current hair color etc. she made sure she explained the ins and outs of the upcoming procedure. She was great !!
Great experience for my first time there. Would definitely go back :)
