Was referred by my mother who spoke highly of this place, and I can positively say the same. Melanie conducted a very thorough consultation with me and was honest about what was achievable (I used to box-dye my hair). They offered drinks and was very kind. They answered any questions I had and was again very honest but also open minded to my hair goals. Have not had a proper hair appointment yet, but is set in stone!
Candice did an amazing job of taking her time and going over every detail with me before beginning my cut and style. It really felt like I was heard and understood while going over my questions, concerns and goals for my hair. I was given great advice and tips to keep my hair healthy so that I can reach my goals. She ensured I was happy and comfortable with the plan we made and with how my cut turned out before we finished the appointment.
