I took my elderly father that does not like to fuss about his hair because he has COPD , struggles to get his hair cut, I asked to do a walk in Dawn was so so nice .. asked him what he liked even tho he didn’t quite know .. she treated him Like royalty and did not make him uncomfortable at all.. which he tends to feel .. that’s why he doesn’t go .. I was so pleased to get in and she made all our days thank you! I appreciated it more than she knew
I will never find out if this place is good or bad. They canceled two appointments in the same day to me, one when I was already there period
