She takes the time to address any issues and has always found the solutions when needed. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and treat you like you are part of their Salon Gemma family. Stylists stay on trends - in 20 years I honestly cannot recall a less than satisfactory hair visit. I fully recommend this salon and Anne!
