I have been coming to Salon Gemma for over 20 years, which speaks volumes to how satisfied I am with the salon and specifically my stylist Anne R. She takes the time to address any issues and has always found the solutions when needed. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and treat you like you are part of their Salon Gemma family. Stylists stay on trends - in 20 years I honestly cannot recall a less than satisfactory hair visit. I fully recommend this salon and Anne!
This is the place to go when you want to impress people. Everyone is genuinely nice too. You are cared for here. I have been a client for close to 30 years!
i've never had such a terrible experience at a hair salon in my life. Jeff used a color remover on my hair even though i explicitly told him not to and that it would turn my hair green underneath. When it did exactly what i told him it would've refused to admit his mistake. He threw a temper tantrum and yelled in my face. And they charged me $150 for that. I am calling the owners tomorrow but this was absolutely insane.
I travel all over and this is the salon I prefer to return to. Jeff is a dream 365 days a year. He has great skill, good judgment, and the best disposition —you can relax in the chair! Generally, the salon full of talented people with a polished, welcoming atmosphere and a team that clearly takes client service seriously.
