Faun has been cutting and styling my hair for so many years that I have lost count. I have followed her from Square One to her own chair with another group to her current location. She always gets my hair just right and now I drive 25 minutes to have her take care of my hair.

I had a bad experience yesterday. She kept me in the salon for six hours, and in the end, she burned my hair; now it’s breaking off, and it isn't even that platinum color—which I never asked for. I showed her a photo and explained exactly what I wanted, but I left feeling completely dissatisfied. I only paid because I’m an honest person; honestly, it’s not worth paying someone just to have them burn your hair. She works far too slowly and lacks a great deal of experience. I hope the owner takes notice.
