Last friday I had the most kind and satisfactoryexperience..I went with the idea of a specific colour for my hair and itwas exactlyas I imagined (@mathieusquelette).Everybodywas so helpfulwhen I had a problem with my credit card. They just gave me solutions and support The service was above any expectatives.So happy with the results.
I have never left a bad review anywhere, but I do feel compelled to in this case. Twice in the span of two weeks, this salon has cancelled service day of without doing anything to make it right. Today that cancellation was announced to me, despite me having this appointment for over a week. I have a wedding tomorrow and am now left with nowhere to go. I’m disappointed with my experience due to a lack of pricing transparency. When I booked my appointment, I specifically asked for the price of a haircut with a particular stylist, including taxes. I was given a total and agreed to proceed based on that amount. It was already far more than I had ever paid for a haircut, but I chose to book with this stylist because of her excellent reviews. I’ve been going to Shiomi for my regular cuts. Very talented hair artist and knows how to deal with my Asian hair type. I got bangs for the first time and she made me look good. The salon & team are also nice and welcoming. Inside is relaxing and the shampooing pre cut is always lovely. What more can you ask for?
