Carrie is skilled, professional, and a wonderful human being. Her salon is private and a very calming and inspiring place to visit when it’s time for my hair appointments. She has always done a wonderful job and has helped me build up a unique platinum “money piece” hi-light that is a huge contrast to my black hair that is the rest of my look. Carrie is fantastic! I would highly recommend Salon Frank Rose to anyone. Carrie takes the time to understand what you are looking for and then applies it beautifully. She used products that benefit my hair and overall health, like non-ammonia lightener. Even though we’ve moved away from the area, when we were in the area visiting, she made time for me to come in.

I have been seeing Carrie for over 8 years. She also cuts both my daughters hair. She’s done everything from haircuts, styling, color and updos for our family. Carrie goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and happy with your services. She truly cares about her clients! We love Carrie!
