I absolutely loved Jess! She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Great conversation and overall a lovely person. Very skilled. Would recommend her and will be back again! The salon itself is very clean and staff are very nice.
They show open on July 5th 2026 on google , so I call repeatedly to ask if they have a product but they don't answer, which sometimes they don't with reception. I go over after 1.5hr bus ride to be told they are closed for an event at the door. Nowhere on their website, answering machine, or their Instagram state that they are closed today, plus Google says theyre open ! This is completely unprofessional, misleading, has been a complete inconvenience and waste of my time. I hope for next time they mention at least somewhere ... read more
I had such a great experience with Cassandra! She was so warm, kind, and easy to talk to from the moment I sat in her chair. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job with my hair. The scalp massage was honestly the best I’ve had since moving to Ottawa, it was so relaxing!
