I had an appointment about a month ago. I knew during the hair wash that I wasn't going to be happy with my haircut because the woman (young girl actually), Alyssa, was too busy insulting me to listen to what i wanted. After she cut my hair, I wasn't happy. I tried to explain what i wanted again, no luck. So, I politely paid, tipped and went somewhere else to get what I wanted and already paid for. Wouldn't be going back again. I wouldn't be paying for an insulting child to cut my hair again.

Alyssa did a nice job on my recent gel manicure. She was pleasant + professional; the salon + manicure station were clean + organized. My rating is due to the blatant misinformation on the salon's website. My previous nail tech, who has not worked for this salon for more than a year + a half, is STILL LISTED as an employee. My bigger gripe is the website's list of services + pricing. A Gel Manicure (which is specifically what I asked for when I called to make the appt) is listed as a "60 minute" service for $29.
