Karan (Karen (sorry wanted to include proper spelling)) is one of the most talented and kind hearted hairdressers I’ve ever worked with. She always has a positive attitude, and she is a TRUE professional in every way. She also learns new techniques and strategies as hair trends change. With that skill, she executes flawlessly. Salon Ethos is an upcoming business that I know will be a “must-go” for all clients in the Cleveland area.

I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day which was hugely appreciated as I was WEEKS overdue. Having short hair I know the difficulties in styling as there isn't much room for error. In addition to being friendly and attentive Karan TOTALLY NAILED IT! The lines are clean and the angles absolutely perfect. My hair sits exactly as it should and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Karan!
