I must be fair, it was 2 years ago when I visited them for a perm. The first picture was after I washed my hair for the first time afterwards - no perm at all except my hair became super coarse and thick. I reached out and they were happy to offer another round. This has been one of the biggest mistakes in my hair history - they did make it curly, but not the way I liked. This has been the worst haircut of my life. My friends and family can’t even understand how it was even possible and I get asked if he hacked at it with an axe. He also spent 35 min of the 55 minute appt just yapping uninteresting things without working his hands. My 6 year old nephew would have done a better job. I don’t know where these glowing reviews for Leo come from. I have to now find someone to correct the damage. I don’t even know if anything is salvageable
