first time receiving a service from Makayla and she ruined my hair. extremely unprofessional salon & a complete waste of money. not to mention my clothes got bleached and ruined. unbelievable
Ryan at Salon Ebsy is the best! I’ve been seeing her for about a year and she never disappoints. She’s incredibly gentle with my sensitive head, so easy to schedule with, and always so welcoming. She genuinely wants what’s best for her clients and gives thoughtful, honest advice. My hair is finally my dream color and healthier than ever. Highly recommend!
Courtney is fantastic! She always does an excellent job and makes sure you never feel pressured to do anything you’re not comfortable with. She’s truly amazing! The salon itself is wonderful—very clean, and everyone there is warm and welcoming.
Stylist Makayla completely ruined my hair and I was refused a refund from the owner. Paid $360 for highlights I never asked for, left with streaky brown and blonde stripes throughout my hair when I wanted all over blonde. Took 6 hours and now if I want to go get my hair fixed by a reputable stylist I will have to pay more and it’ll be a huge pain because the artist will have to painstakingly pick out the brown streaks and only bleach those.
