I came to Ken Hung Salon Era with a very problematic haircut that had been completely ruined elsewhere, and I wasn't sure if it could be fixed. It was my first time visiting Salon Era, and everyone I met in the shop was very friendly. I got the opportunity to get a haircut from a most excellent hairstylist named Amika. Amika was incredibly kind, very professional, patient, and thoughtful. Her clear communication, attention to all the little details, and styling advice made me feel comfortable.
