Ive been here about 4 times, 2 times ive been booked in with Emma. I was honestly appalled with the way the hair stylist talked to me that I actually broke down crying. She was quite rude, I said I wanted to cut my bangs into money pieces and she tried to say that it drove me crazy when the hair touched my face and insisted I shouldnt do the style I booked in for. I was really sweaty as I was nervous, the hair stuck to my face it was irritating and I moved it otherwise I had no issues. In the same instance, she knocked over ... read more

I’m so happy! After a really awful week I was really looking forward to getting my haircut as it had been so long. Emma did an amazing job and really listened to what I wanted. It really made me week better xx
