Not a great experience here. Clarissa was my stylist. I had hair down to the small of my back and cut off a very significant amount. I took a picture in of what I wanted and got something very different. I did a color touch up to hide my grey. That was done though. As far as the cut went, it turned out badly. I asked for long layers and got a blunted straighter cut. I did call to say I was running 5 minutes late, and Clarissa said she was as well.
