After my wife visited here for a color, and ended up being told that she needed it cut because of damage to her hair. She spoke out loud to other co workers and customer how damaged her hair was, making her feel bad about it, then ended up giving a hair style my wife wasn't happy with. I called asking about it after I could tell she was clearly upset about it. Julie replied with throwing the blame on my wife and dodging any question about a refund or resolution.
I love this place, especially in this time of pandemic I feel safe as they only work by custom appointment in a clean and fresh environment .love this place Salon En Vogue Suites.
Maria Pilar did an amazing job on my hair Even better than I hoped for. Recommend her to every one. My hair is thick and super curly and knew exactly what to do. I would give 10 stars
