Booked a balayage and showed the stylist the first picture of what I wanted . I specifically asked for high contrast , money pieces and a root smudge .$340 and 4 hrs in a chair later this is what I got …very upset as I was really looking forward to this appointment and now I’m going to have to spend more time and money elsewhere to get it fixed.
This was my first time getting my haircut at Salon Eleven. What a great experience! A very welcoming environment. Peri, my stylist did a great job I will definitely go back to the salon!!
I've been going to Jen since she first came to Trenton. It's amazing to see the business she's built through sheer hard work, expert talent and a very kind heart. Her skills are amazing. I used to get my hair cut at Vidal Sasoon in Toronto before moving to Trenton. I never thought I would find someone even better than Robbie here locally. I can't recommend her highly enough. Great service, friendly, knowledgable staff and beautiful bright space. Autumn is amazing. I have long layers and was in dire need for some volume and framing around my face as I am older and was looking dragged down.She gave me one of the best cuts I have had in years and she is top notch when it comes to blow outs. I looked 5 years younger when she was finished with me.I normally go home after and restyle my hair, I didn't want to change a thing after she was done. I will definitely be returning.
