My friend recommended me ******** to do my hair because she pays around $75 for what she gets done. I made an appointment for my friend and I because salons charge a lot for a simple wash and blow dry. When coming in I told the stylist that I want what my friend gets done. ******** tells me my friend gets a keratin treatment done on her hair. I went to get my hair done and was told to install each bundle was 25 dollars. Only to find out at the end I was getting charged per line and the woman (*******) said she was gonna charge me 150 since she did more. Then when about to start my hair she said to wait because she wanted to eat, at this point 2-3 hours passed of me just waiting. She then began to see my hair and did it so tight that I had to remove less than a week later because I had blisters and scabs all over my head. This is a shady company! It may look good from the outside and inside, but the owner and employees are scammers. I came in with beautiful below 4c coily hair and wanted to get a blow out. I was a natural before coming here (no blow drying, no flat irons, no heat whatsoever). The stylist mention my hair was dry in which is was due to pregnancy and postpartum (my hair was on the drier side and falling out some). She advised to get a high end deep conditioner in terms was a Botox treatment. She swore it will not alter or damage... read more

Please beware and be careful. The place looks beautiful but is not up to code. Also they put you on top of people there is no social distancing. No one speaks English and it kind of shady. There are no rules and regulations policies or prices anywhere visible for a customer to see. The place needs to be shut down and expect it !
