Okay , I've been natural for 4 years now & rarely wore my natural hair out because out of shrinkage ( I'm around a 4b-4c) & I'm not a fan of a lot of heat on my hair . They have great customer service , if you have twist or braids you will have to remove them simply because the first place you're going to is the shampoo station . For $40 , I got a nice wash , deep conditioning & an awesome blowout I haven't had my hair straighten like this since I've been natural !! I highly recommend this place (:
