I got lucky because I was a walk in and I was able to get an appointment right away. Nice clean Salon. Our hair changes a lot and mine was just out of control and I needed someone to really help me. Lucia was delightful from my initial phone call to the hug I received when I left her shop. She listened to my every word, viewed the pictures I brought with me, and shared her professional ideas, and suggestions. My hair was a mess of self cutting, coloring, and abuse when I arrived. I left looking and feeling better than I could have imagined. When I got home my husband's reaction was "WOW!!!!"

GEM…is a real Gem (Jeanine) she listened to what I was saying and did exactly that Explaining why I needed to do other things as well. She made me feel comfortable, safe and put me at ease…being my first time with highlights (believe me I have seen some crazy things) When all was said and done… I felt beautiful …Everywhere I went people were complimenting on how they loved my hair… especially the highlights!! Thanks Gem I will see you in six weeks!!!
