Took my older sister there for a haircut for her birthday while visiting from MI. This salon had great reviews. Being a licensed hairdresser myself, I sat in on the consultation to make sure my sister was able to describe what she wanted, which she did. I left to run an errand with her granddaughter. She did not leave with what she asked for. The stylist acknowledged during the consultation what my sister wanted and then did what she wanted instead. My sister wasn't pleased with the end result.
