This is not a 21st century company. They are going to accept your money but their customer service is literal grbage if you cannot speak french. My older brother bought his girlfriend roses from here and the french white lady on the phone decided to ignore his calls repeatedly. he just wanted to customize a little bit, the flowers are a worthy gift and no one wanted to work it out with him.
