What I ordered from Temu versus what I got. The hairstylist was over my kid and didn’t do a good job. She didn’t get her hair wet and she had sleep cowlicks. She also didn’t even offer to style it or anything of that nature. When I mentioned hair donation, she told me to look it up. Only redeeming quality was the other hairstylist who actually gave useful information about donations.
Being an out of state student and having the same hair dresser since I was 12 made me nervous to try any place new. I was recommended by a friend to try out this salon but was a little worried because some of the reviews online were not the best. They ended up booking me an appt two days from when I called, which was a big reason I chose this place over another, seeing I am not very patient lol Hands down was the best salon visit I have ever had! Horrible Customer Services. Rude and unprofessional Hairstylist!!! Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Not kid friendly!!! My stylist was great, friendly and very helpful, so we decided to keep coming back in hopes that things would change. I am sick of this kind of treatment we continue to receive and will NEVER return to this salon again!!! I would not recommend this place!!!
