I stopped by this salon on Saturday around 7 PM, even though their Google hours said they close at 9 PM. The stylist told me she was already working on her last client of the day and then asked me to come back on Monday instead. I told her I couldn’t, but honestly, if I had been available Monday, I wouldn’t have come in on a Saturday evening asking for service. I left feeling frustrated. For the stylist Lorena you behavior was unacceptable do not point any fingers at anyone when you have 4 fingers pointing at you..insulting me over and over just because you were were so unprofessional. This is what you get with a chuntara. I will stick with chicanas and not ladies from Mexico that have no manners. 30 yrs of cutting hair and you have no manners. I arrived on time for my appt. Andrea is the lady to go to!! Soo happy and pleased with my hair!!! All smiles!! I more than recommend her! You will not be disappointed!! She was awesome!!
