When my Overseas friend texted me to let me know that our mutual friend was in Epworth Hospital Richmond for surgery, I had only 4 hrs left to order & deliver a bouquet of flowers before the time of surgery. Really disappointed with the $90 bouquet I purchased - leaves were bug eaten and torn, flowers drooping and brown. So disappointing as purchased for a gift.
