When my Overseas friend texted me to let me know that our mutual friend was in Epworth Hospital Richmond for surgery, I had only 4 hrs left to order & deliver a bouquet of flowers before the time of surgery. Ordered some flowers for my family member I had no idea which ward they were in as they hadn't finished surgery but was so grateful that they received the flowers in their ward really amazing with my minimal info. Thanks so much for the great service and flowers were lovely.
Ordered flowers on-line from the UK which was very easy on their website. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery but corresponding with a lovely Lady called Mimi this was rectified and I was very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them again in the future.
Very impressive. They phoned to check my order really was for two identical bunches - not a double sized bunch (it was a 70th wedding anniversary gift, one for my father in hospital, one for my mother to take home). My parents loved the flowers, beautiful, made even better by a quick delivery. Thank you!
