Makena was amazing. I have never found a beautician who could add layers to my long hair. I've always had to choose between my long hair (middle of my back) and layers. Makena was able to give me beautiful layers in my long hair.
I had to cancel my appointment one day before scheduled. I called and no one ever answers. You have to leave a message. I called again a few hours later to see if they got my message. No one ever answers. I get a text telling me that I owe $75 for a CANCELLED APPOINTMENT! This is insane and unacceptable! I will NEVER go to this salon again and tell all my friends to beware! Kristina is an absolute miracle worker. I walked in with a grown-out pixie that had turned into a full “mushroom” situation, and she transformed it into the most beautiful style. The cut and color exceeded what I even believed was possible. I can finally ditch the hat and embrace the grow-out process with confidence.
