Horrible! Paid over $400 to end up with grey hair. Showed my stylist a few inspo pics & she was all on board. My hair ended up completely grey. So disappointed. I contacted the salon & the receptionist calls me. I send over my inspo pics & a pic of what my hair looked like, only thing she said was she’d call me back.
