I wasn't going to write a review because I felt super defeated after my experience with this salon. I called to get an appointment with a blonde specialist and was booked with Kiara. I get to the appointment, she is super nice! So far so good! I shared that I do not like warm colors like oranges, reds, bronze etc, I said, I don't like looking like an orange cat. (if you are a blonde you know what I mean) - So she asks if I want to stay closer to my natural color for my roots...yes ma'am I said, my roots are darker ashy brown... read more
