I chose to visit this salon because I had read positive comments online; however, I had a different experience and felt disappointed. The senior stylist (Niki) I booked didn’t seem very experienced with short cuts — there are uneven, chipped spots on both sides. I also asked for layers in the back, but it looks completely smooth and round instead, without the layered shape or aesthetics I was hoping for.
