Have been visiting for a couple of years. Great service, the staff is very polite and accommodating. The atmosphere is cozy. Can recommend Niki as a stylist who always makes sure you get that perfect haircut that you want. Head massage and tasty drinks are a nice touch as well.

I've been here a few times, and they always do a great job styling my hair. The prices are higher than other places, but they're worth it because the staff is highly professional. Plus, you get the royal treatment; they're constantly checking in to see if you'd like a drink (their drinks are delicious!) or if they can do anything for you. They even take your coat and hang it up for you. It's definitely a special experience!

Went for a wash and blowout with Michael due to a shoulder injury preventing me from washing my own hair. He was compassionate, laughed at my silly jokes, has such gentle hands, gave a great massage while we waited for the conditioner to set in. Against my millennial nature, I spoke up when I wasn’t fully satisfied once he was done (coz I know how my hair behaves a day after a wash), he immediately improvised and did what I asked. Thanks, Michael! Loved the eclectic feel of the salon too.

I had such a great experience with my hair stylist, Collin! He really took the time to ask thoughtful questions and genuinely listened to my concerns and what I was hoping to achieve with my hair. I felt completely comfortable and able to trust his expertise. On top of that, he's easygoing, professional, and brings such great energy to the whole experience. I absolutely loved the final style—it turned out even better than I imagined. Highly recommend!
