rude everytime i call don’t even know why i try to make appointments here. i understand not having appointments but maybe be nice when saying it like saying hello thank you for calling salon cypress not just salon cypress like you are angry and then hanging up after i say thank you whoever does the phone obviously needs some hospitality classes
THIS IS THE BEST SALON EVER!!! The customer service was one point! Claire is the most respectful and kind person ever
