Super beau salon! La fille qui m'a fait les ongles était très gentille et je suis sortie très satisfaite de mon expérience. Je vous conseille fortement d'aller faire un tour, les employées sont vraiment gentilles et accueillantes !! :)
Drove 1 hour in traffic to arrive 10 minutes late and wasn't taken for my appointment. Oh and they didn't give my $20 deposit back either. What a shame.
Beyond disappointing. Complete waste of time and money. Left the salon without a new set of nails since the last ones they did for me took too long to be removed and there wasn’t sufficient time left in my appointment, and I lost my deposit. Definitely the last time I set foot in this place.
Edit: 2nd appointment. I mistakenly made an appointment with Melanie (large, grumpy, rude) instead of Melrose (fit, sweet). I was 7 mins late and she simply refused to do my nails inspite of offering to pay an extra. Although I somewhat understand her standpoint its very inconvenient for me as I drove 45 mins to get to the salon.
