I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I came in for a shellac manicure, and while the polish looked fine initially, the overall quality and service were extremely poor. During the manicure, the technician was very rough and actually poked under my cuticle, causing it to bleed. It was painful and clearly not done with proper care. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Salon concepts spa. My stylist Beata was incredibly skilled, attentive and kind. I'm so happy with my keratin treatment – it looks fantastic, and they truly understood my needs as someone who wears a hijab. Highly recommend!
