I went to this salon hoping to get highlights and showed a clear photo of exactly what I wanted. I repeated multiple times that I wanted the same look, but that didn’t seem to matter. The stylist was extremely aggressive the entire time. While washing my hair, she rushed so much that she scratched my scalp and left marks.
