My wife made an appointment with them a week in advance. When she showed up for her appointment no one was at the salon. Door locked. No answer on the phone. Not even a courtesy call to reschedule or inform they would not be there. What horrible customer service, especially for a service that is so engrained in how someone feels about themselves. Shame on you.
