I located Salon Ciseaux from the Ouidad website. I drove an hour to the salon and I was definitely not disappointed! Arlene was fantastic! I was making a huge change and cutting my hair really short. She was patient with me and extremely knowledgable. So patient, that when I called her the morning after my cut and explained I wanted to go shorter and I was not loving the cut I had asked for the day before, she fit me in that same day and tweeked my cut (at no additional fee) to a cut I absolutely love! Went there for the Ouidad Cut. Might have been different if I had seen Arlene, but I saw Cathy. First one was pretty good. I had suffered some hairloss due to health reasons and when I went back told her my (already fine) hair was thinner now and I didn't want any carving and slicing done this time, she insisted it still needed it (it's more expensive than a regular cut) and the ends of my hair looked see through and shredded. Best salon I've ever been to. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Debby Campbell does amazing things with curly hair, and she always suggests the best products to use. I've been coming here for years, and I'll never go to another salon!
