I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with the haircut I received with Anna I was very explicit about wanting to maintain enough length to tie my hair back. Not only can I not put it in a ponytail, it is too short to even pin back into a twist. On top of that, the texturizing was done so poorly that it looks like a chunk of my hair is missing/cut drastically shorter than the rest.
