Less than one star. I am literally traumatized. The absolute worst haircut I've ever received. I should have stood up and FLED after Pierre chopped off a GIANT PIECE OFF THE TOP LAYER OF MY VERY THICK HAIR!! After I had literally shown pictures of how I like it to look one length. Pictures of myself!!! Not just celebrities! I also literally said NOT A SHAG. WELL!!! I now am walking around with what has got to be the world's worst shag. This was a bad day. Negative stars. :( Very sad.
