Made an appointment over a week prior yet still had to wait 2 hrs before she got to me. It had been 4 and a half hours total before I was done. The work is nice and she's a nice enough lady, but spending an entire day at a shop for a retwist on 8" hair is my breaking point. I'm new to my loc journey so I hope this isn't normal in the culture.
