I had the worst experience! I went there to get a hair cut, and the stylist didn’t follow the instructions that I asked for. I told her and she answered with the worst actitud- I left really disappointed, definitely no recommend it.

Worst place! Lazy staff and useless owner. Went in for my root touch up and they sent me back home without checking. The Color did not take to my hair and they refused to refund me! Called them multiple times and tried reaching out multiple times until they told me that even though I live far away and can’t come back they wouldn’t refund me. Refused to FaceTime or find any resolution! Don’t bother wasting your time here.
I’ve been going to salon Capelli for 15 years and never had a bad experience. Friendly, well trained staff always pleased with their work highly recommend this salon!
