I had an incredibly frustrating and unpleasant experience at Salon Yoo with Vanessa Lacio, a senior stylist, and feel compelled to warn others. I went in for a simple haircut, clearly explaining exactly what I wanted, but Vanessa completely ignored my request and got scissor happy. Instead of the cut I asked for, she chopped off way more than I was comfortable with, leaving me with hair that’s far too short and uneven. I can’t recommend Tiffany enough. She’s insanely talented, genuinely caring, and every appointment turns into the best therapy session with laughs and great chats. I always leave feeling better inside and out. I went cherry cola with her and became so obsessed I keep going back for every touch up. I fully trust her with any change or recommendation. If you want someone skilled, hilarious, and truly invested in your hair and experience, she’s your girl!
I cannot recommend Tiffany enough. I’ve had great stylists in the past, but truly — nothing compares to her. I actually switched from previous stylists just to see her, and now I go to her every single month.
